Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Clinical Director

I am a  National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor supervisor with over 10 years of experience in clinical mental health. I specialize in working with women and men who battle with mental and emotional disturbances such as depression, anxiety, and mood related disorders. I have received extensive training on how to assist both women and men in managing relationship anxiety and OCD. I am also affluent in several counseling modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. An ideal client would include adolescents and women (including postpartum mothers) suffering from mild to moderate depression and anxiety. I have been told by clients that I possess a warm, empathic and inviting spirit and exude a passion for assisting others in their healing. I am a mother of a 12 year old daughter and 1 year old French bulldog named Romeo and I reside in Rainbow City, AL. I enjoy spending time in nature and I have recently developed a passion for physical fitness and hiking on nearby nature trails.
