Sharika Pruitt is a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience in clinical mental health. Sharika specializes in working with women and girl adolescents who battle with mental and emotional disturbances such as depression, anxiety, and mood related disorders. Sharika has recently received training on how to assist women and men in managing relationship anxiety and OCD. Sharika is affluent in several counseling modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. Sharika’s ideal client includes adolescents and women (including postpartum mothers) suffering from mild to moderate depression and anxiety. She exudes a warm, empathic and inviting spirit and exudes a passion for the work and commitment that she shares with all of her clients. Sharika is a mother of an 11 year old daughter and 2 year old bunny and she resides in a lakeside home in Rainbow City, AL. She enjoys nature and has recently developed a passion for physical fitness and hiking on nearby nature trails.

Randi has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and has over 4 years of clinical experience. She specializes in working with children and adolescents (Ages 6-19) in both outpatient and inpatient facilities. Randi is proficient in applying Non-Directive Play Therapy techniques, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques. Randi has a soft and inviting personality and her clients often enjoy her ability to relate to them in a very kindred and delicate way. Randi has a 5 year old and a 5 month old son that she absolutely adores. On the weekends, you can find Randi at the baseball field cheering on her son who is now playing in a traveling little league team.

Andrea is a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as, an Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University in 2015. She has a lot of experience working with adolescents and adults to address substance use and mental health issues. She enjoys helping clients with anxiety, depression, developing healthy coping strategies, self-esteem repair and development, relationship conflict, and other mental and emotional disturbances. Andrea utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Motivational Interviewing skills, and a variety of other modalities. She is passionate about helping others to love themselves, learn to think positive, and heal. Andrea is also very grateful to be recovering from heart transplant so when she isn’t working she is happy to be able to go to the gym, go off-roading, or enjoy good food with friends and family.

Ebone’ is an Associate Licensed Counselor who enjoys and specializes in working with children and adolescents (5-19) within an outpatient setting. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously, Ebone’ has had the opportunity to work for the Child Advocacy Center in Mobile, AL where they provided free services to help child abuse victims and their non-offending family members. With this opportunity, Ebone gained experience working within a multidisciplinary team and working with families whose children experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, bereavement, and anxiety. Ebone is competent in Directive Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, suicide prevention, developing coping mechanisms, and helping with self-esteem. Ebone’s genuine and positive nature aids in meeting her clients where they are in order for them feel comfortable and uplifting. Apart from work, Ebone’s self-care consist of going to the gym, spending time with close friends, and eating her favorite foods.

My name is Natasha Simmons and I am the Office Manager at Crossroads to Pathways Counseling. I bring over 10 years of medical experience to the office as a Registered Nurse and office management skills . My goal is to bring my professional knowledge and medical skill set experience to provide a wonderful and smooth experience for potential and current clients of the practice.
I have two beautiful children, ages 8 and 4. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and loved ones . You can find me at various sporting events with my children on the weekends. I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading and going to festivals and concerts.
